Behind the success of the company is a man who has taken Tradelink Services to newer heights owing to his vision and rich experience spanning 15 years – Mr. Michael X. Gomez, Proprietor.

1993 – Marks the Beginning
Almost 20 years ago, Mr. Gomez established Tradelink Services and since then introduced many new products in his company. He says, “We started with ETP from Sweden which is really a fascinating product. We could really mount any product with a single screw starting from a small shaft diameter of 6 millimeter to even shaft diameter of 300 millimeter. And, then we gradually expanded into other products in the field of mechanical power transmission engineering which I learnt in Fenner. We now have host of products, around 8-10, which are very useful to Indian industry.”

New Opportunities, New Horizons
Acknowledging the importance of capitalizing on new opportunities, Mr. Gomez decided to branch out into other products. He shares, “Having specialised in the field of mechanical power transmission, we have branched out into agricultural engineering products also. We initially started with COMER from Italy for PTO shafts and then expanded into a range of gear boxes and similar products to cater to specialised needs of agricultural engineering.”

Focus on Quality Service
A quality conscious company, Tradelink Services is known for its strong focus on superior services thanks to Mr. Gomez. “Marketing team is being trained specifically for the purpose of promptly replying to all clients’ queries be it commercial or technical in all respects. In terms of modern technology, we do have software for our own purposes which has been developed by our in-house people where we are able to locate any product, stock or capability of any product and offer an immediate service in terms of time to the client,” he says.
