Having an employee-centric culture, the IndiaMART leadership created a unique & automated ‘Ticketing System’ with the mission to provide speedy resolution to all employee related issues. An employee is encouraged to raise a ‘ticket’ for anything he requires, wants to suggest or needs improvement. The concerned process owner provides him/her a resolution with a pre-determined TAT. Though, we make sure that you never have to do this!
Open Door Policy
We at IndiaMART encourage open door policy wherein employees can reach out to anyone irrespective of hierarchy. An open door policy provides our employees with an access to any manager or supervisor including the CEO.

We take our food seriously and hence we make sure that you do the same when you join the organisation. So apart from providing subsidised lunch, we also have fully functional cafeteria with snacks and beverages available for the employees. Though you are always welcome to treat us to some great food!
