Job Description

You, as a part of the program are expected to engage in a voice-based calling process where you collect, verify, and update business profiles to achieve desired outcomes. Your role involves educating sellers about IndiaMART, creating their profiles, addressing queries, and enhancing the overall quality of outputs. Join us in making a meaningful impact!

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Being fluent in both languages – Hindi & English

  • Owning a computer with access to reliable internet

  • Possession of an Android phone

  • Dedicated mobile number/SIM for freelancer work

  • Valid PAN card & Aadhar card, both interlinked on Income Tax website

  • A bank account in your name that is active and valid

  • Ability to work at least 3-4 hours every day.

It is a 2 days self-training program having nine modules and a certification, the training link for the upcoming batch is shared by the trainer every Saturday, which needs to be completed by the following Tuesday.
