After her father’s demise, Dipanshi took charge of her family’s future by enrolling in the TMF SPID SMART program and completing the BUSY course. Armed with new skills, she secured a telesales position at Silaris Information Pvt. Ltd., earning Rs. 20,000 monthly. Joining on June 2nd, 2023, Dipanshi transformed challenges into opportunities, becoming her family’s proud breadwinner and a source of inspiration for others striving for independence and self-reliance.
Keshav Sharma’s journey from hardship to success is truly inspiring. After losing his father, he relied on his elder brother’s modest income of ₹15,000 to support the family. Determined to change their circumstances, Keshav completed vocational training and secured a Team Leader role at Aramex Emirates LLC, earning ₹67,953 monthly. Joining on August 23, 2023, he now supports his mother and works with dedication and pride. Keshav’s story exemplifies perseverance, showcasing how determination and the right opportunities can transform lives.
Vinodhini K. is a shining example of perseverance and determination. With her husband earning just ₹350 a day as a wage laborer, she was determined to change her family’s circumstances. Through dedication to a 4-month course, she secured a role in Sutherland’s non-voice process, earning ₹16,000 monthly since July 2023. Now a proud contributor to her household, Vinodhini proves that with hard work and resilience, tough times can be overcome, inspiring others to rise above challenges.
Pavitra’s story is one of determination and perseverance. Hailing from Padasulanatha, a remote village where basic transportation requires walking over 7 kilometers, she overcame significant challenges to achieve distinction in her 2nd PUC at JSS Girls’ College, Kollegala.
With support from Help Educate A Child, Pavitra found the encouragement and resources needed to excel in her education. Her success stands as a beacon of hope for those facing similar obstacles.
Marri Haritha, once without a family, found a father in her uncle David, a driver earning ₹7,000 monthly. With his unwavering support, she pursued her education through the program and secured an executive role at SBI, earning ₹17,994. Joining on November 27, 2023, Haritha now inspires others, proving love and determination can transform lives.

Vivek drives impactful change through healthcare and education for the underprivileged. As a Trustee at the Sri Sathya Sai Health & Education Trust since 2016, he has supported the establishment of nine pediatric hospitals treating 300,000 children. His 24-year association with Sunbeam has transformed education for over 10,000 street children, while his work with the Rahab Centre of Hope uplifts women and girls rescued from trafficking.
Brijesh, a member of the CSRS Committee, drives impactful initiatives with strategic insights and leadership. His efforts have significantly improved education in Bahraich, showcasing his commitment to community development. In addition to leading CSR at IndiaMART, he is the Founder and Trustee of Plaksha University, a non-profit initiative focused on redefining engineering and technology education. His visionary approach fosters innovation, excellence, and lasting societal impact.
Pallavi Dinodia Gupta serves on the CSR committees of Lumax Industries Limited, IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, and Jagson Pal Pharmaceuticals Limited, actively shaping impactful corporate social responsibility initiatives. Her leadership ensures that each organization’s CSR efforts are thoughtfully designed, encompassing diverse sectors such as education, healthcare, environmental sustainability, and community welfare. With a focus on effective implementation, she drives long-term, sustainable impact in the communities they serve.
Vasuta Agarwal, a member of the CSRS Committee, has actively contributed to various mentoring and developmental initiatives particularly focused on supporting women in their early careers. She is involved with the Vedica Scholars Program for Women as a Shadow mentor and with DDB Mudra for their Phylis project for mentoring high potential women. She has also been associated with the Sarathy program at IIM, Bangalore for a few years, mentoring students as an alumni mentor. She was also involved with an NGO - The Teacher foundation, which trains and supports teachers.
Manish Vij, a member of CSRS Committee, has been actively involved in driving various CSR initiatives with a special focus on education and sports development, over the years. A significant part of these efforts has been dedicated to his native village, Khandrai, and the town of Gohana in Haryana, where he continues to contribute towards creating meaningful impact in the community.
