For us, our culture comes first and we do not compromise with it! Our team is our priority and we have strict policies in place to safeguard the dignity of our employees, especially our women. Apart from maintaining a healthy work culture, we also make sure to abide by the Government policies like Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace. We also have a Women Safety Policy in place. None of our female employees (working at Noida-142 or Dehradun offices) are ever encouraged to stay in office after 7:00 p.m.. And, if there are some work exigencies then our Security Desk ensures their complete safety.
