When asked about what inspired Dinesh to start IndiaMart he explained his experience of working in HCL America. He was greatly influenced by HCL and it was then when he realized his caliber and potential of starting his own business in his motherland, India. He was successful in connecting the Indian suppliers and the international buyers in a cost-effective manner.
