Bio – Clean Air Devices & Services Grows with its People

We have heard and read about lot of entrepreneurs who have big dreams for their company. But, its rare to find a leader who dreams for its company and equally important for its people too. “My dream is to grow my company and see my people grow with it,” says Mr. Marimuthu C. Managing Partner of Bio – Clean Air Devices & Services.

“We are manufacturer and distributor of complete clean room equipment and accessories. Our clients come from pharma industries and hospitals, development centres, colleges and medical institutes,” he adds.

Strong Knowledge Base & Networking
The reason for stepping into this market was knowledge and good networking which laid the foundation for the company. “We knew the requirements and applications of the products. We also knew people in the industry like microbiologists who helped us take off in the market,” says Mr. Marimuthu.

Competition Steps up Quality
The major challenge that Mr. Marimuthu faced was what every start-up owner faces and that is existing competition. He says, “There were a lot of competitors in the market who were manufacturing this product already. But, now we are getting orders based on our quality performance. Survival in the market has become extremely difficult because of the pricing.”

IndiaMART Achiever – Surviving Marketing Challenges
For Bio – Clean Air, survival has been made easy because of the support extended by IndiaMART.com. “They are very polite. They have taken care of all our marketing needs and we are getting enquiries and orders from the website itself,” says Mr. Marimuthu.

Looking Ahead
“We plan for the biggest unit in Chennai and are looking at some 5000 sq. ft. area to develop our company,” concludes Mr. Marimuthu.
