Neha Kaushik, a first-generation entrepreneur, launched Value Box in 2016 to manufacture uniforms for schools, corporates, and hotels. While balancing the responsibilities of a young family, she chose to embrace a digital-first strategy early on and listed the business on IndiaMART in 2017. Since then, the business grew tenfold, with digital leads now accounting for 42% of total sales. Online visibility is playing a key role in helping the brand reach new markets across India, driving steady growth without the need for a large sales force. Neha’s journey is a testament to how small-scale manufacturers can scale faster and more efficiently by tapping into the right digital ecosystems.
