As a proud owner of a venture which he started from scratch, Mr. Bharathi shares, “We are one of the leading manufacturers in FRP field. Our company’s hot products are FRP gratings, FRP pultruded gratings, FRP cable tray, FRP doors and frames and all types of FRP tanks like PPFRP, HDP tank, LDP tank and all types of pipe linings.

Key to Success
One of the highlights of the company’s success is its timely delivery and easy transportation which has been possible because of the location in which the company’s facility is situated. “The infrastructure houses facilities and automated machines which help manufacture world class FRP moulded gratings, pultruded gratings and cable tray. As we are very near to the city, it becomes very easy for the clients to take the material from the factory to their place,” says Mr. Bharathi.

The mark of a true entrepreneur is to look for solutions when faced with a challenge instead of cowering under it. When Mr. Bharathi began his venture, he was not oblivious to the tough times that lay ahead but he did not lose his focus and kept moving forward. “I faced numerous challenges when starting Ventura Fibre. Starting a company requires capital which was a major challenge for me. We also faced difficulty in hiring employees and then looking for customers,” says he.
