My major market is USA and Japan and now I have begun to receive orders from Australia as well,”, introduces Mr. Singh.
Keeping Pace with Changing Taste
As a player of a dynamic industry, Mr. Singh is conscious of changing tastes of consumers and takes extra care to invest time in coming up with new designs. He says, “Every year we are adding new designs to our handkerchiefs such as doll hankies, bridal hankies etc. We have also added some new lace handkerchiefs.” To turn his ideas into reality, he has the support of 21 workers. They not only help in designing but also keep stringent check on quality standards.”

The journey has been a gratifying one for Mr. Singh. “My journey has been good so far because we have given special attention to quality and have kept it upto the mark. We have maintained standard as per the requirement of our buyers which is why I am getting repeat orders everytime and new orders too,” says Mr. Singh.
Creating designs and implementing it is a major challenge because of lack of skilled manpower. Every minute detail is done by hand which requires skill and knowledge of the work.
