Indiamart Selects CallidusCloud’s Litmos Learning Management System to Deliver More Effective Training

(NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of hiring, learning, marketing and selling cloud software, announced today that Indiamart, India’s largest online B2B marketplace for Small & Medium sized businesses, has selected CallidusCloud’s Litmos(R) Learning Management System (LMS) to lower the cost of workforce training. The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

Indiamart is expecting to reduce its expenditures on training by using the CallidusCloud LMS solution. Training will be accessible online and via mobile, and will allow sales personnel to access new courses and refresh their existing knowledge on Indiamart’s services and processes. The assessments capability of CallidusCloud’s LMS will help Indiamart to tailor their training programs to the individual learners while improving engagement and retention.
