IndiaMART strengthens its leadership team appoints Saurabh Deep Singla as Chief Human Resources Officer

New Delhi, November 19, 2024: IndiaMART, India’s largest online B2B marketplace, today, announced the appointment of Saurabh Deep Singla as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).  Saurabh comes with 25+ years of proven track record in  aligning HR strategies to meet business goals and fostering high-performance cultures. At IndiaMART, Singla will spearhead all HR-related partnerships within the organization. From organization design, delayering for speed and customer success, employer branding, leadership development to nurturing organizational culture, his role will help in integrating business goals with HR strategies.

Saurabh is a highly accomplished organizational transformation expert, known for  developing cultures that fosters innovation, collaboration, and high performance. In addition to this, he has played an instrumental role in developing people strategies for multiple brands including upGrad, Ecom Express, Rio Tinto, Yum! Restaurants, Whirlpool, and Airtel.
