Growing at a fast pace, the company would not like to shed its image of a teen so soon which has given it an extraordinary journey in recent years. It shows promise of a brighter future.

The company has continued to focus on its strength and Mr. Prashanth Jairam Director – Marketing has been working to ensure that the company maintains its momentum. “We basically manufacture rotary rack ovens, corresponding tools for the ovens, electric deck ovens, we source the gas deck ovens and we also source make up lines that is fixed board paramixers,” he says.

Challenges
According to Mr. Jairam, there has been an increase in raw material production which has resulted in decrease in margins and is one of the major hurdles in the industry. He adds, “Second, being predominantly increase in competition. Because there has been a lot of increase in competitors in the country. So, this would be the two major challenges facing the industry.”

High Points of the Journey
Over the years, the company has reached milestones in its journey that

have been stepping stones to further growth. “The highlights of the journey for us has been introducing our ovens 15 years ago but improving it along the way and ensuring that they turn out to be the best available ovens within the country in terms of robustness and also fuel consumption of both diesel and gas.” shares Mr. Jairam.
