Callidus Software has announced that Indiamart, India’s largest B2B marketplace for small and medium sized businesses, has selected CallidusCloud’s Litmos Learning Management System (LMS) to lower the cost of workforce training. The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter. Training will be accessible online and via mobile, and will allow sales personnel to access new courses and refresh their existing knowledge on Indiamart’s services and processes. The assessments capability of CallidusCloud’s LMS will help Indiamart to tailor its training programmes to the individual learners while improving engagement and retention. Users of CallidusCloud’s Litmos LMS have access to real-time reporting to see precisely when students have completed their training, how long they took and what scores they achieved.
